Waka Nusa Resort is situated on the beachfront on Lembongan island. Palm trees and lush tropical garden's surround the Waka Nusa Resort and each bungalow within the resort is set in its own private garden planted with tropical flowers whose delicate perfume colours the evening air and where guests can relax in the privacy of their own surroundings.

The Waka Group of hotels have carved a distinctive niche in the Balinese market providing good quality accommodation at reasonable prices. However The Waka Nusa Resort is in need of a fresh coat of paint. This is still an up market resort but seems to have been neglected somewhat. It still does provide some style although at a steep price. The Waka Nusa on Lembongan Island is set a short stroll from a beautiful white sandy beach.

During your stay at the resort, you will observe that the bay is a very active island port. Local perahus bringing everyday to the islanders - building materials, foods supplies, animals and of course tourists the fishing boats sail away every morning around 2 AM are and back by 7 AM. At he end of the day, the local people have a traditional "mandi" (shower) at the village baths located behind the Resort before joining the usual cockfight in front of the temple at 5 PM.

Rooms are smartly furnished with ethnic décor and the floors are polished wood. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There are 10 types of bungalows in the Waka Nusa Resort is built under the coconut trees to the edge of the beach with full facilities and a modern feel as if life in the rural atmosphere of the life of luxury but also to meet here. Each room is equipped with fan, refrigerator, hot water, bathroom, television and Intercom.

ACTIVITIES

Sail on traditional perahu Trawl a fishing line or simply enjoy sailing in a quiet lagoon (morning or afternoon). Visit the village of Lembongan, its mother temple, the sea weed farm, where we can take you for a cup of tea or coffee in a traditional home picnic on a dream beach, all by yourself. Your lunch will be prepared in advance and drinks are provide with an ice box. The current can be strong so we recommend you stay close to the beach.

Sunset walk a 10 minute guided walk to the South West cliffs of the island to watch a spectacular sunset over Bali glass bottom boat and snorkeling, table tennis, French Boules, badminton, volley ball available all day long push bikes are available at the office for a ride through the island. English cakes and tea are served at 5:00 PM at the bar, the Waka Nusa special cocktail at 7: 00 PM Lunch is served at 01:00 PM and dinner at 07:30 PM.
